In line with this year's International Women's Day theme — which calls for leveraging resources, mentorship, and support to create a more equitable world where women can thrive — this workshop recognises that meaningful progress requires both structural support and personal agency.
Globally, while women's representation in leadership has improved over the years, progress toward parity remains slow. Women continue to be under-represented at senior levels and face persistent barriers in advancement and sponsorship. Even within large organisations, women remain underrepresented across the leadership pipeline — at the C-suite level, women currently hold approximately 29% of roles.
These patterns highlight an important truth: systemic change matters, but so does individual empowerment. Access to opportunity must be matched with the capacity to step into it confidently.
Empowerment is not simply about position or title. It is about alignment — of identity, beliefs, emotional state, and language. When women are equipped to manage these internal levers effectively, they are better positioned to influence decisions, contribute strategically, and lead with clarity.
This workshop supports that development by focusing on practical, evidence-based NLP tools that strengthen internal leadership capability — enabling participants to own their power in the environments where they already operate.
