Programme Overview

Empowerment is alignment — of identity, beliefs, state, and language.

In line with this year's International Women's Day theme — which calls for leveraging resources, mentorship, and support to create a more equitable world where women can thrive — this workshop recognises that meaningful progress requires both structural support and personal agency.

Globally, while women's representation in leadership has improved over the years, progress toward parity remains slow. Women continue to be under-represented at senior levels and face persistent barriers in advancement and sponsorship. Even within large organisations, women remain underrepresented across the leadership pipeline — at the C-suite level, women currently hold approximately 29% of roles.

These patterns highlight an important truth: systemic change matters, but so does individual empowerment. Access to opportunity must be matched with the capacity to step into it confidently.

Empowerment is not simply about position or title. It is about alignment — of identity, beliefs, emotional state, and language. When women are equipped to manage these internal levers effectively, they are better positioned to influence decisions, contribute strategically, and lead with clarity.

This workshop supports that development by focusing on practical, evidence-based NLP tools that strengthen internal leadership capability — enabling participants to own their power in the environments where they already operate.

Empower women using a Neuro-Linguistic Programming based approach — helping participants OWN THEIR POWER with the IBSL Code: Identity · Beliefs · State · Language.
Methodology

Interactive, experiential, and action-oriented.

This workshop is built around demonstration and lived practice — moving from concept to internalised skill within the four-hour session.

Classroom-style information

Foundational input on the IBSL Code and the NLP communication model.

Group activity & inquiry

Structured discussion that surfaces real workplace beliefs and patterns.

Live demonstration

Facilitator-led demonstration of NLP techniques in workplace contexts.

Experiential exercises

Hands-on practice — including personalised spatial anchoring.

Feedback exercises

Peer-to-peer feedback that sharpens self-awareness and delivery.

Role playing & paired work

Scenario-based role plays that translate learning into language patterns participants can use.

Learning Outcomes

What participants will be able to do.

At this programme's conclusion, participants should be able to:

Identify values for authentic influence

Clarify personal values and self-identity to support authentic influence in the workplace.

Identify and clear self-limiting beliefs

Surface workplace beliefs that hold women back and reframe them with evidence and future pacing.

Apply new change states in high-stake moments

Use NLP techniques — including spatial anchoring — to navigate emotional and physiological states.

Develop empowering linguistics

Replace disempowering language patterns with language that supports clarity and intent.
